Wow. This was powerful. Simon Sinek explains the importance of starting with why and how great leaders inspire action. He uses storytelling combined with interesting examples of companies that have succeeded and failed to find their “Why”.
I listened to the audiobook and feel Simon’s passion and enthusiastic reading took it to the next level.
If you’re looking for action items for discovering your why, you won’t find them here.
